Ubisoft Just Dance 2016

The Dance Party mode allows players to collaborate on a shared score or compete against each other, similar to previous games. The Sweat and Playlists mode enables customization of workouts. The Dance Quests mode, which differs from its version in Just Dance 4, lets players perform three predetermined songs against bots in each quest, aiming to achieve one of the top three overall scores.

The World Video Challenge mode allows players to submit videos of their performances and challenge friends as well as the entire Just Dance community to beat their scores. JDTV lets players watch community-created videos and fan-made dances. Showtime is a new feature for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and Wii U, where players can sing, act, and perform in front of the camera to create shareable music videos, with only selected songs available in this mode.

Just Dance 2016 also introduced Just Dance Unlimited, a streaming service that regularly delivers exclusive new content and offers subscribers 150 songs at launch, along with 4 unlimited exclusive dance quests. This service is available on Xbox One, Wii U, and PlayStation 4, and players can now use their smartphones as controllers on Wii U, PS4, and Xbox One, allowing up to 6 players on Wii U and PS4, instead of the previous limit of 4, which was exclusive to Xbox One.

The Party Master mode returns as a Wii U-exclusive feature, allowing a fifth player to join the party as a DJ by using the Wii U GamePad to select songs and the next dance moves. Community Remix, VIP, Score Challenges, kCal Tracker, Autodance, and World Dance Floor (only for 7th generation consoles) are all returning features. A hard drive is required for the Xbox 360 version to utilize this feature.
