Load profile without mechanical light strip coupling and electrical quick-connect connector for E-Line 7850 PRO single luminaire applications. The design concept meets the high demands of industrial applications regarding quality and durability. It features a continuous 13-pole power supply profile for quick, tool-free connection of freely positionable device carriers, with a conductor cross-section of 13 x 2.5 mm², halogen-free and silicone-free. The management of thermal expansion of the power supply system is achieved through point fixations of conductors and carrier segments. The positioning of the power supply can be done along the entire length. The load profile is equipped at both ends with 2 breakout openings for cable glands or cable protection sleeves (PG25) for convenient network supply and forwarding. The installation direction is indicated on both sides of the load profile to assist with mounting. Suitable for use in environments requiring a protection rating of up to IP54 (IP20/IP50/IP54). The protection rating of the light strip is determined by the device carriers and accessories. When combined with device carriers and accessories achieving IP5x, the luminaire is suitable for use in fire-hazardous workplaces according to DIN EN 60598-2-24. The load profile body is made of galvanized, profiled steel sheet. Coated internally with protective paint and externally with polyester paint, color white (RAL 9016). Length of the load profile: 4425 mm. The mounting distance in a light strip application can be up to 4000 mm.
