The SignalTEK NT Test Package for performance testing of copper and fiber optic links includes the SignalTEK NT Qualifier, an 850 nm SFP module, a 1310 nm SFP module, a 1.25 mm (LC) fiber cleaning pen, and an active remote adapter kit No. 2-12. The SignalTEK NT is a compact transmission tester with a capacitive touchscreen designed to verify the correct installation of copper and fiber optic cables. It supports voice, video, data, and CCTV applications over 10/100 megabit and gigabit Ethernet. The handheld device is equipped with numerous network troubleshooting features, such as wiring tests per pin/pair, length measurement using TDR technology, tone generator for cable location with the inductive receiver, and Ethernet connection tests. The data storage can hold up to 5,000 tests, and the test reports can be displayed in three versions and quickly and easily shared in a clear PDF format or CSV via WiFi and the AnyWARE app. The active remote adapters from 2 to 12 enable efficient testing in a one-person operation.
