The FiberMASTER PowerMeter Kit - Level Meter and Light Source allows for attenuation measurement in multimode and singlemode fibers with immediate result display. With its high dynamic range, the level meter also enables fault diagnosis in LAN and telecommunications networks. Both the level meter and the light source can be used together with the fiber inspection microscope to capture images of the fiber end faces in the connectors at both fiber ends. The fiber kit is equipped with a level meter (850/1300/1310/1550/1625 nm, VFL red light source) and light source (850/1300/1310/1550 nm), a touchscreen for enhanced user comfort, a lithium-polymer battery for 10 hours of operation, a connection for the fiber inspection microscope, a USB port, as well as a robust housing and protected connections to prevent damage.
