VDV II Pro is the universal wiring tester - cloud-connected with Bluetooth and reporting function - an essential basic test to avoid connection issues. The VDV II Pro cable tester is easy to use and allows for quick verification of copper cables for voice, data, and video installations, such as telephone lines, data lines, and video/security systems, in homes, offices, and industrial environments. It displays wiring errors such as breaks, shorts, miswirings, and split pairs. The tester tests shielded cables, offers voltage detection, TDR length measurement, and fault diagnosis, PoE detection with voltage indication, recognizes analog (PBX) and digital (ISDN) telephone services, and detects switch data rates of 10M/100M/1G/2.5G/5G/10G to test switch configurations and ensure the desired network rate at the location of the installed device. Test results are stored in real-time through the free AnyWARE Cloud App on mobile devices and can then be seamlessly transferred to the AnyWARE Cloud to create professional PDF reports. Connection options for RJ11, RJ45, and coax F are available. The tester features a large backlit LCD and a remote adapter integrated into the housing bottom.
