absorbers do their utmost to move the X-Maxx on any surface. Despite the large spring travel, the turning circle is small. The fully ball-bearing cardan-wheel drive ensures incredible acceleration. The brand new motor mount fixes the distance of the motor to the main gear wheel even under the most brutal conditions. Fixing pins ensure optimum pinion clearance and save complicated adjustments. The X-Maxx has the first Traxxas "one-click" body mount without pins. The body can be easily attached to the vehicle by means of a lever. A new servo with metal heat sink has been designed to withstand the monstrous conditions and is perfectly matched to the huge tyres and suspensions. The unique Traxxas Slipper clutch, cooled by two fans, absorbs power from the drivetrain and compensates for high torque, keeping you in control of your X-Maxx. Thanks to the modular chassis design of Traxxas, the complete front and rear axles can be removed from the chassis in one go. All these features and its size make the X-Maxx unattainable and unique.
TSM -Traxxas Stability Management
This innovative steering aid makes it easier to control the vehicle on slippery and uneven roads and corrects the line. The multifunction knob of the TQi remote control allows you to steplessly control how much the TSM interferes with the driving behaviour, whereby it does not affect the throttle position but only the steering movement.
self-alignment system
If the vehicle lands on the roof and stays in place, you don't have to put it up again, just press a button on the remote control. The X-Maxx is now straightening itself up again by means of throttle thrusts and steering movements. As soon as he is back on the bikes, the fun can continue.

Velineon Brushless System
Consisting of the Big Block 1275XL Kv brushless motor and the VXL-8s controller. The components are powerful and waterproof. With Velineon, you have the widest range of compatible rechargeable batteries available to help your vehicle reach top speeds of up to 80km/h.
The motor is protected from overheating by an aluminium heat sink and a temperature sensor, which switches off if necessary.
The controller is optimally matched to the engine and has three travel profiles. The operation is uncomplicated and is carried out via a single button. It is waterproof and has a two-way undervoltage protection with automatic switch-off.
