The Transcend M.2 SSD MTE710T features a PCI Express (PCIe) Gen 4 x4 interface and is compatible with NVM Express (NVMe) 1.4 specifications to achieve unprecedented transfer speeds. The MTE710T utilizes cutting-edge 3D NAND technology, allowing for 112 layers of 3D NAND flash chips to be stacked vertically. Compared to 96-layer 3D NAND, this breakthrough in density significantly improves storage efficiency, and the integrated DRAM cache enables faster access. The MTE710T is equipped with 30µ" gold contacts and Corner Bond technology, and is fully tested in-house to ensure reliability in mission-critical applications. The SSD has a lifespan of 3,000 write/erase cycles and an extended operating temperature range of -20°C to 75°C.
