The MTE452T is equipped with a DRAM cache for fast access and is fully tested in-house to ensure reliability in mission-critical applications. It has a durability of 3,000 program/erase cycles. Transcend also offers an MTE452T-I version with an extended temperature range (-40 °C to 85 °C) to ensure sustained functionality, increased endurance, and optimal reliability in mission-critical applications.
