Transcend's JetRam memory modules are manufactured using carefully tested ETT-grade brand DRAM chips that have passed Transcend's rigorous quality controls and testing procedures. Each memory module is designed to operate at 3200 MHz to maximize data transfer efficiency with a higher bandwidth of up to 25.6 GB/s. Transcend's DDR4 U-DIMM JetRam memory modules run at a nominal voltage of only 1.2 V, which helps reduce both the operating temperature and the electrical load on the memory controller. Compared to standard DDR3 modules with 1.5 V, this saves up to 40 percent energy.
