The MTE452T features the latest 3D NAND technology, allowing for 96 layers of 3D NAND flash chips to be stacked vertically. Compared to 3D NAND with 64 layers, this increase in density significantly improves storage efficiency. The MTE452T is equipped with a DRAM cache for fast access and is fully tested in-house to ensure reliability in mission-critical applications. It has a durability of 3K program/erase cycles. Transcend also offers an MTE452T-I version with an extended temperature range (-40℃ to 85℃) to ensure sustainable functionality, increased endurance, and optimal reliability in mission-critical applications.
