The Smart A6 case is made from a tear- and shock-resistant material. It is shatterproof and water-repellent, having successfully withstood loads between 11 and 12 kilograms in tests without any damage. Rain and splashes pose no threat to the iPad or the case.

Inside, a cover separates the tablet from accessories. Cables and adapters, pens and tablet pencils, business cards, credit cards, notepads, and brochures can be neatly stored. Elastic rubber bands secure the contents to prevent slipping. Patented components, such as the EVA hard shells, the sturdy carrying handle, and the zippers protect the tablet from external forces and prevent it from slipping out of the case. The weight and dimensions allow for storage in a briefcase or carrying by the handle.

In addition to the iPad Air, for which tomtoc designed its tablet case, tablets from other manufacturers can also be stored and transported in the tomtoc Smart A06 (9.7-11'') tablet case. The case is suitable for tablets ranging from 9 to 11 inches from manufacturers such as Microsoft, Asus, Google, Lenovo, LG, and Samsung.
