The Redondo Ball is made of soft, foamed, and odorless material (PVC). With a plug closure, the air filling can be adjusted individually. The product is latex-free and contains no banned phthalates.

Versatile use: The foldable ball for Pilates, fitness, and pelvic floor training can be used with little air as a support cushion for the back or neck and can withstand a body weight of up to 110 kg (during lying exercises). It can be squeezed between the thighs to stabilize and strengthen the muscles. The elastic surface makes it ideal for gripping and catching exercises. The lightweight and soft ball is also well-suited for indoor throwing. An exercise poster is included.
