What is the Redondo Ball Touch: The Redondo Ball Touch - made in Germany - is newly designed with soft nubs: It is made from soft, foamed, and odorless material (PVC). The air filling can be individually adjusted through a plug closure. The product is latex-free and free from prohibited phthalates (according to EU Directive 2005/84/EC).

What are the benefits of using it? It serves as an ideal Pilates partner, for pelvic floor and abdominal muscle training, as well as for neck massage and deep relaxation. The soft yet robust ball is very durable and can be used in various areas such as Pilates, wellness, fitness, and MindBody.

How does it work? The foldable ball for Pilates, fitness, and pelvic floor training is versatile. With little air, the ball can be used as a support cushion for the back or neck. It can support a body weight of up to 110 kg (for exercises performed while lying down). When wedged between the thighs, it is also used for muscle stabilization and strengthening. Its elastic surface makes it ideal for grip and catching exercises. The lightweight and soft ball can also be easily used indoors, even when thrown. An exercise poster is included in the delivery.
