The Redondo Ball is made from soft, foamed, and odorless material (PVC). The air filling can be individually adjusted through a plug closure. The product is latex-free and contains no banned phthalates (according to EU Directive 2005/84/EC).

Versatile use: The foldable ball for Pilates, fitness, and pelvic floor training can be used with little air as a support cushion for the back or neck and can withstand a body weight of up to 110 kg (during lying exercises). It can be wedged between the thighs to stabilize and strengthen the muscles. The elastic surface makes it ideal for grip and catch exercises. The lightweight and soft ball is also well-suited for indoor throwing. An exercise poster is included in the package.
