Product details
In installations with multiple analog phones that need to support standard functions such as in hotels or nursing homes, the programming effort for each individual phone was enormous. Functions like reception, wake-up calls, room service, and emergency assistance always had to be programmed to the same function keys. With the tiptel 1020, programming is done only once, and this phone is then defined as the "Master." After that, each additional connected phone retrieves this programming via a call. The master phone is now cloned. The programming lock to prevent unintended changes can also be transferred directly, as well as any phone book that may have been entered. This development saves a significant amount of time and costs when installing large systems. This phone is suitable for caller ID (CLIP) with the ALC-A and ALC-E modules of the NEC Philips Sopho iS 3000 and Telekom Octopus S telephone systems.
