Tilta Full Camera Cage for Blackmagic PYXIS 6K

With the Full Camera Cage for the Blackmagic Pyxis 6K, you can fully utilize the potential of your Pyxis 6K. It provides protection for the camera body and includes accessories that enhance the functionality of the Pyxis 6K in a video production environment.

The modular design with versatile components allows for customization to meet your needs. The cage features multiple contact points to prevent slipping. It offers various mounting options: Arri rosette, NATO rail, cold shoe, 1/4"-20, and 3/8"-16 threads, all with attachment points.

The Side Plate supports quick transitions between horizontal and vertical setups, as it can be used as a base plate in vertical mounting and provides ample space between the rods and the lens for most accessories. In this vertical configuration, the base plate is equipped with specially positioned threads to align the base plate with the optical center of the lens.

The Side Plate can also accommodate SSD drives with a width of 52 mm to 60 mm and a thickness of less than 12 mm. Additionally, there are several 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threads for various accessories.

Both the Top Plate and Bottom Plate are designed to avoid touching the camera's heat dissipation openings, thus not affecting the camera's cooling performance. The Top Plate is compatible with the original Pyxis Top Handle and also features a removable adapter with a 3/8" to 1/4" thread, allowing the user to choose between different top handles.
