Tilta Basic Camera Cage Kit

This Basic Kit offers protection for the Sony a7 IV, a1, a7S III, a7R IV, a7 III, a7R III, a9 and a9 II and contains many relevant accessories that significantly improve the functionality of the camera.

The Full Cage features multiple 3/8"-16 and 1/4"-20 threads with locating pins, cold shoe connections and a NATO rail for Tilta Type IV and VI side grips. The cage also has an ARRI-compatible rosette connection and rod mounting connections for Tilta's optional single rod mounts. The top of the cage is specifically designed for the Tilta Compact NATO Top Handle to allow for more flexible operation and handling. The Top Handle includes a cold shoe connection that can be used to attach an external monitor.

The base plate has 1/4"-20 threads for attaching the camera to various quick release plates and is compatible with the Tilta 15mm LWS base plate type IV.

The HDMI clamp is attached to the side of the cage and allows the supplied HDMI cable to be securely attached to the system. This clamp prevents the HDMI cable from coming loose during recording and protects the connection to the camera housing. This can be particularly helpful when using an external recorder.
