The TD 202 introduces the lineup of manual turntables from Thorens. It features a Thorens TP 71 tonearm with a detachable headshell (SME/bayonet connection) and an AT-VM95E cartridge from Audio Technica. This cartridge can be easily replaced thanks to the bayonet connection. The turntable has a built-in phono preamplifier that can be turned on or off as desired. Additionally, it includes an analog-to-digital converter, allowing the device to be connected to a computer via USB to record the played vinyl (own recording software required).
