Coffee perfection at peak performance: The Black&White4 is the choice for intense, continuous use in the hospitality industry and guarantees maximum reliability. This fully automatic coffee machine combines the simplest, most intuitive operation with coffee excellence. Innovative technologies ensure consistent quality at the level of a portafilter – from early morning to late evening. The integrated cooling unit holds 9 liters of milk, and the patented milk foam system delivers the finest foam, hot or cold. The 10-inch touch display can be fully customized to specific needs, and the machine can be equipped with the telematics system ThermoplanConnect. Cleaning and maintenance are incredibly simple and quick, and with HACCP, HCV, and NSF certifications, the Black&White4 compact meets all hygiene requirements.

Installation and warranty

This fully automatic coffee machine is designed for operation in the catering trade and may only be installed by a specialist from the manufacturer. Otherwise, warranty services cannot be claimed. The installation service is not included in the product price and can be added to the shopping cart during the purchase process. After the order is completed, the customer will be contacted by the service company to make the necessary arrangements for delivery and installation. The installation and operation of the coffee machine is carried out on horizontal, flat and fireproof surfaces. A safety distance of at least 50 mm must be maintained on all sides of the appliance. Towards the top, a minimum distance of 350 mm must be observed. The distance between the machine and the drain must not exceed 1 meter. The drain line must not sag, there must be no existing back pressure in the water drain and the end of the line must not be in the water.
