Thermal Grizzly

Thermal Grizzly WireView Pro II GPU 12V-2x6 – Measuring device for the 12V-2x6 power connector of modern graphics cards. The Thermal Grizzly WireView Pro II GPU 12V-2x6 monitors the power supply of high-end graphics cards with a 12V-2x6 connector and is the advanced version of the WireView Pro. Crucially, the current is measured not just as a total but per wire of the connector. This allows for immediate detection of uneven load distribution and emerging contact issues before the connector or card is damaged. The wired version is not directly plugged into the card but can be freely placed within the case via the 40 cm long cable.

Main features:
- Measurement per wire: Instead of just the total current, each wire of the 12V-2x6 connector is measured individually, making load imbalances and contact issues visible.
- Warning for threshold exceedance: Currents, voltages, temperatures, and power consumption are continuously measured. If a threshold is exceeded, the display provides a visual warning and an audible alarm sounds; the values can be adjusted in the configuration menu.
- Optional emergency shutdown: Using the included splitter cable, the system can be automatically shut down in case of exceedance.
- Color display with 320x170 pixels: A TFT-IPS display shows the measured values directly on the device.
- Semi-passive cooling in aluminum housing: The CNC-milled aluminum housing serves as a heat sink; the integrated fan remains idle and only activates under increased load or temperature.
- Freely placeable: The 40 cm long power cable and included mounting brackets allow for various installation positions within the case.
