They contain heat-sensitive elements for temperature monitoring and control, making them suitable for measuring tasks where standard temperature measuring instruments cannot be used, such as in hard-to-reach places, on moving parts, for long-term monitoring, and on small objects. They have a short response time of 2 seconds and are easy to handle. The heat-sensitive elements respond to specific temperatures, and when the respective temperature value is reached, an irreversible color change occurs from light gray or yellow to black within 1 second. The black color remains indefinitely, even after cooling.
