The surface temperature sensor (thermocouple type K) features a thermocouple strip that ensures a quick response time and allows measurements on non-planar surfaces. Thanks to the angled sensor tube, you can also measure in hard-to-reach places. Another advantage is that the handle is angled towards the temperature source, enabling safe measurement of very high temperatures.
