Product details

The active differential probe TT-SI 8051 enables safe and accurate high-voltage measurements between two voltage points, neither of which is referenced to ground. This probe is designed for a variety of measurements up to 100 MHz / ± 1500 V and is compatible with grounded oscilloscopes from all major manufacturers. Power is supplied via USB or a 220 V mains adapter.
