Product details

The HF probe is a measuring accessory for use with oscilloscopes with an impedance of 1 MΩ. The probe has a division ratio of 1000:1, which extends the voltage measurement range to 39 kV/DC+ACp or 27 kV/ACrms. It connects via a 2-meter-long measuring cable with a BNC connector. A separate ground wire with a crocodile clip is included.
