Telegärtner Junction box VAD Cat.6 Ea, 2 x RJ45, shielded

The compact connection box VAD 8/8 Ap offers top performance in a very small space. With dimensions of just 57 x 53 x 23.3 mm, it is one of the smallest surface-mounted boxes suitable for 10 Gigabit Ethernet. The LSA-Plus punch-down contacts can be wired according to either T568A or T568B standards. A stable screw terminal ensures reliable cable strain relief and excellent shield contact. The housing is pure white (similar to RAL 9010) and features a labeling field with a foldable, non-removable transparent cover.

Performance features include suitability for 10 Gigabit Ethernet according to IEEE 802.3an, transmission characteristics of PL Class EA (ISO/IEC) 500 according to ISO/IEC 11801, EN 50173-1, surface-mounted housing with a foldable and non-removable transparent labeling field, connection of installation cables with LSA-Plus punch-down terminals with color coding according to EIA/TIA 568A and B, shield contact and cable strain relief via screw terminal for both cables together, compact design for surface mounting with two RJ45 outlets parallel to the mounting plane, shielded version, RJ45 outlet facing down, cable entry from above, and fastening with 2 screws with a maximum diameter of 3.5 mm. The plastic housing has a snap-on cover.
