Product details
This unique probe head offers two eight-channel groups and simplifies the connection with the device under test. When connecting to square pins, the P6316 can be directly connected to pin strips for 8 x 2 square pins with a 1/10" pitch. If greater flexibility in attachment is required, the included connection cables and alligator clips can be used to connect SMD devices or test points. The P6316 provides excellent electrical characteristics and generates only an 8 pF load at 101 kΩ input impedance.
