The TBS2000B series oscilloscopes feature a 9-inch WVGA display, a record length of 5 million points, and a sampling rate of 2 GS/s, allowing for the capture and clear display of significantly more signals to assist you in debugging and validating designs. Easily and securely analyze your signals with the new on-waveform cursor displays and 32 automatic measurements, each accompanied by informative tips. The TekVPI® probe interface supports traditional passive BNC probes while also enabling a wide application coverage with the latest active voltage and current probes.
