Years ago, when Teenage Engineering started, they couldn't find a PC case for their custom builds. So they made their own with a laser cutter, 6 mm thick cardboard, and spray paint. It was assembled and held together with simple wooden dowels. It worked well for its intended purpose. Unfortunately, the handles couldn't support the weight of the device when moved around. A few literal computer crashes later, they turned to a lighter and more stable aluminum design. Teenage Engineering will continue to refine the design, but here it is.
It's not a groundbreaking PC case, but we like it and use it every day. It takes up minimal space on the desk, creating more room for your projects. Despite its compact size, it can accommodate a variety of components to suit your needs, whether you're a teenager or a banker. The lightweight aluminum and chrome handles make it easy to move your device whenever you need to. With its pure orange RAL 2004 powder coating, it's a small, no-frills tool for any desk.
