With the TechniSat roller shutter switch (compatible with Merten System M), window roller shutters are controlled fully automatically in a Z-Wave Smart Home system. At the same time, the roller shutters can still be operated manually via a double rocker. Furthermore, the power consumption can be determined and the switch can be integrated into complex scenes of the smart home system. The roller shutter switch is installed in commercially available flush-mounted boxes (DIN 49073-1). The smart TechniSat flush-mounted insert is simply exchanged for the existing switch insert. Switch rockers and cover frames of the existing switch continue to be used.
