The Tamiya TRF421 is a high-end competition model designed for the racetrack. It is primarily made of carbon fiber and aluminum and has been redesigned. Key technical highlights include new 7 mm longer wishbones that are now directly attached to the chassis, two equal-length belts at the front and rear, a new rear axle, and new 5.5 mm shorter shock absorbers. Notably, the new attachment of the dampers to the differential housings allows the model to operate without damper bridges. For efficient drive, it features front drive shafts with double joints and universal joints at the rear. The lower chassis is particularly narrow and made of carbon. The kit includes two upper decks (one-piece and two-piece).
