Tamiya Mercedes Benz Arocs 4151 Tipper Truck 8x4

The Tamiya truck for tough construction site use. The Mercedes Benz Acros 4151 8x4 is a real heavyweight on the construction site. Tamiya has modified the tried and tested chassis for this truck: The truck has four axles, just like the original. The two rear axles are driven by a powerful 540 electric motor. The two front axles are steered by a servo (available separately). The steering angle of the two axles is different so that the driving behaviour is true to the original. The frame has a subframe to accommodate the newly designed tipper body. The skip has been reinforced with a metal subframe and can be controlled via the optional Tamiya ACU-01 unit. The unmistakable design of the Arocs is as unusual as the truck as a whole. A radiator grille in the so-called excavator tooth look was installed in the look specially developed for construction vehicles, which is intended to convey the message: "Bite through and grab". Special protective grilles for the lighting system are attached to the bumper to match the robust appearance. The cab as well as the H, K, M, HH parts and the tipper body are made of green plastic and pre-painted in TS-52 Candy Lime Green and TS-29 Semi-Gloss Black with clear lacquer. The L-parts (interior) are made of black plastic (original was white).
