Product details

The Konghead is Tamiya's first 6-wheel drive RC model. It is based on the GF-01 chassis and has been extended by one axle. The kit includes a model with a steerable front axle. An optional steerable rear axle can also be added, which requires an additional servo. The 540 electric motor is positioned behind the front axle, providing the model with significant grip, especially on uphill climbs (up to 40 degrees). The three differentials make the model agile and maneuverable despite its length. The body is inspired by the legendary Bullhead, with exhaust pipes and air cleaners taken from the Bullhead body.

Included: Kit model with a detailed illustrated assembly manual, 540 electric motor, polycarbonate body. Required accessories: Remote control with receiver, steering servo, electronic speed controller, 7.2V NiMH battery pack, charger, paint for polycarbonate body.
