This not only adds a small factor of extra weight but primarily increases resistance and reduces conductivity, which in turn negatively impacts the performance of the LiPo. With Swaytronic's ultrasonic connection, this factor is minimized. The LiPo cells of the Best Performance are connected using ultrasonic welding.
