The universal canopy is required to equip a pendant solution with DALI control gear (VSG). Other control gear such as switchable or dimmable 1-10V VSG can also be integrated to take advantage of design benefits. The mounting base of the canopy is equipped with various mounting holes for the VSG. Additionally, a tool-free clamp block for wiring and, if necessary, for through-wiring is included. The cable suspension holder can either be attached to the canopy to route the DC supply line for the fixtures through a hole in the cover along with the cable, or the cable suspension can be mounted separately, with the DC line going individually to the fixture. The two knurled screws, together with the aluminum cover and the integrated side ventilation slots, create a simple and appealing cover for the canopy, allowing for easy tool-free maintenance.
