The Strömen R-C3 TENS electrotherapy device can enhance overall well-being. TENS stands for transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation, which stimulates the nerves through the skin. TENS is a clinically proven, effective method with no side effects that is approved for pain treatment. The EMS method (electrical muscle stimulation) is used, among other things, as a supplement to traditional muscle training to improve the performance of muscle groups and shape the body. The massage technique offers a program that feels and acts like a real massage.

The device features two independent channels, allowing you to adjust the intensity of the impulses separately. This enables you to treat two different areas of the body simultaneously. This device serves as a non-drug pain relief solution for the back, shoulders, joints, and muscles. With its compact size, you can easily take it with you.

Replace the electrodes when the adhesive surface is worn and the electrodes no longer stay in place. Four-piece replacement pack.
