... Nervig ist das sehr kurze USB-Kabel, ein Anschließen an die hinteren Ports eines Desktop-PCs ist kaum möglich. Zudem fehlt dem Siberia V3 eine Lautstärkeregelung, was den umständlichen Umweg über die Steelseries Software oder die Windows Audio-Steuerung nötig macht. Gefallen dagegen kann das gute Mikrofon, das zudem über eine wirkungsvolle Rauschunterdrückung verfügt...
Der Sound des Modells ist insgesamt recht ordentlich denn sowohl die Ausgewogenheit als auch ein druckvoller Bass sind mit an Bord. Allerdings ist der Surround Sound eher mäßig was beim Gaming zu schweren Ortbarkeit von Gegnern führt. Auch feine Details beim Klang werden vermisst. Der Tragekomfort ist allerdings sehr hoch und das auch aufgrund der sehr weichen Polster.
Das SteelSeries Siberia V3 ist ein guter Fortschritt zu seinen Vorgängermodellen. Der Tragekomfort ist sehr gut, das Mikrofon ist einschiebbar – jedoch nicht komplett abzunehmen. Die Verarbeitung ist angenehm hochwertig, der Bass kräftig – und in Games macht das neue Modell durchweg einen guten Eindruck...
Das Modell ist sauber verarbeitet und bietet einen Klang, der zwar recht solide ist aber leider Details vermissen lässt. Somit ist er sicherlich für Musikfreunde eher ungeeignet. Dafür bietet das erätz aber einen hohen Tragekomfort mit gutem Sitz sowie weichen Polstern. Preislich bewegt er sich auf recht fairem Terrain.
