I loved this headset. This headset is the long story of someone who has had one gaming branding headset after another, and who has had one disappointment after another, particularly when it comes to the quality of the microphone. I even tried a stand microphone! I threw it all away the day I found this headset. I'm getting rid of it because I'm happy with my new SteelSeries Arctis Pro.
The headset can connect directly to the phone via Bluetooth AND to the computer/console via the dongle, simultaneously. And "the wheel"... I miss that wheel. On the right, there's a classic knob that lets you change the overall volume. But on the left, the wheel lets you balance the sound of communications and the game/movie on the fly, thanks to the dual channel. Very handy when you can't hear your friends because the game sound is a bit loud... Or when, on the contrary, you can only hear them while you're trying to concentrate on your film!

At least on the outside, many headsets in the Arctis series are like two peas in a pod. But of course there are differences, including the Arctis 9 Wireless compared to the Arctis Pro and Pro Wireless. Apart from a patterned headband, the Arctis 9 Wireless has different 40 mm drivers compared to the Arctis Pro: those in the Arctis Pro are obviously metal-coated (titanium?)...
