USB 3.0/SATA III docking station for hard drives from StarTech. The StarTech USB 3.0 docking station with UASP simplifies the connection and exchange of 2.5-inch or 3.5-inch SATA III hard drives and solid-state drives via an existing USB port. It supports SATA hard drives (HDD) with a 2.5-inch and 3.5-inch form factor, as well as solid-state drives (SSD) with UASP support. Compatible with USB 3.0/2.0/1.1 and SATA hard drives version I/II/III. Plug-and-play and hot-swap compatibility. This HDD/SSD docking station particularly supports large SATA I/II/III drives and is compatible with nearly all SATA drives. The docking station also features a built-in fan that operates the drives at optimal temperatures for enhanced performance and longevity.
