This media converter is a versatile solution for connecting an Ethernet (1000Base-T) network to remote network segments via a fiber optic backbone. It features an Open SFP slot, allowing you to choose the MSA-compliant Gigabit SFP that best suits your fiber optic connection mode (Single-/Multi-Mode) and distance requirements.

The fiber optic to Ethernet converter has a durable full steel housing and offers easy plug-and-play installation with support for full-duplex operation and jumbo frame support for efficient network performance. For added versatility, this Gigabit media converter supports standalone operation or can be installed in a 2U rack-mount chassis with 20 slots.
