With this SATA power extension cable (15-pin, 30 cm) SATAPOWEXT12, you can extend the reach between internal SATA power and drive connections by up to 30 cm. The extension cable simplifies the installation of the drive and overcomes common connection limitations. The risk of damage to the SATA ports of the drive or motherboard is reduced by eliminating the strain or tension on the cable needed to make the required connection.
