The KS series electronics solder wire is a product for high requirements when soldering with lead-free alloys and thus meets the demands placed on a solder wire in industrial production, machine soldering and repair and re-soldering. The KS115 solder wire contains a rosin-free flux with synthetic resins. The wire flux KS115 complies with DIN EN 29454-1 type 1.2.2.B. Due to the high activation (1.0 or 1.5%), the wire fluxes are classified in class REM1 according to IEC 61190-1-3.
