The coffee specialist is equipped with a solid portafilter. For a balanced aroma and a fine crema, the espresso is brewed at an ideal brewing pressure of 9-15 bar. You can keep an eye on the pressure thanks to the manometer. Our tip for the perfect brewing result: use finely and freshly ground espresso powder and tamp it evenly and with enough pressure in the portafilter using the tamper. For a single espresso, you need about 7 g and for a double, about 14 g of espresso powder.
