In the ten-mission single-player campaign, fully voiced, your skills as the commander of Spacebase Startopia are put to the test as you create one of the most attractive trade and tourism magnets around. Each of the three decks demands your leadership skills, with the Sub-Deck containing all essential life-supporting spaces, while the Fun Deck focuses on providing diverse entertainment for your visitors, and the flora and fauna of the Bio Deck ensure sufficient vital resources and a home for the graceful Dryads. You are not alone. Compete against your rivals – small acts of economic sabotage or attacks with mech units can maintain hostility when peaceful trade no longer suffices. And beware of enterprising space pirates. The dynamic narrator AI "VAL" reacts to your decisions and is always there to offer advice and assistance, or sometimes unqualified comments.
