In the 10-mission fully voiced single-player campaign, your skills as the commander of Spacebase Startopia are put to the test as you create one of the most attractive trade and tourism magnets around. Each of the three decks challenges your leadership abilities: the Sub-Deck contains all essential life-supporting spaces, the Fun Deck focuses on providing diverse entertainment for your visitors, and the Flora and Fauna of the Bio-Deck ensure vital resources and a home for the graceful Dryads. You are not alone. Compete against your rivals—small acts of economic sabotage or attacks with mech units can maintain hostility when peaceful trade is no longer effective. And watch out for enterprising space pirates. The dynamic narrative AI "VAL" responds to your decisions and is always there to offer advice, assistance, or sometimes unqualified comments. In addition to the extensive single-player campaign, you can look forward to a customizable sandbox mode as well as a competitive and cooperative multiplayer mode for up to 4 players.
