Sony introduces the SEL70200GM2 full-frame lens: An extremely lightweight fast lens for stills and movies. The advanced optical design with an XA element (extreme aspherical) provides incredibly high resolution

Four XD (Extreme Dynamic) linear motors provide fast, accurate and quiet autofocus and tracking in this lightweight Sony G Master lens. The SEL70200GM2 is also a great lens for shooting video. It offers smooth, fast and continuous autofocus performance for movie shooting with minimized focus breathing, focus shift when zooming and axis shift when zooming for challenging images. An XA (extreme aspherical) element, two ED (extra low dispersion) elements, two Super ED elements and a developed aspherical ED element provide excellent resolution and beautiful bokeh in this F2.8 telephoto lens, making this an excellent full-frame lens for sports, wildlife, portraits and videography.
