Selbst bei Verhältnissen, die nicht unbedingt für ein tolles Foto geeignet zu sein scheinen, liefert das Sony Objektiv eine hervorragende Bildqualität. Für Weitwinkelfotografen gibt es aktuell kaum eine bessere Alternative, auch wenn der Preis nicht unbedingt ein Schnäppchen ist.
Alles in allem eine hervorragende, aber leider teure Ergänzung des NEX-Systems.
