Product details

The DT 16-50mm f/2.8 SSM is a high-quality zoom lens specifically designed for APS-C sensors. With a versatile focal length range of 16 to 50 mm, it is ideal for a variety of photographic applications, from wide-angle shots to portraits. The high aperture of f/2.8 allows for excellent results in low light conditions and provides attractive background blur. Equipped with an ultrasonic motor, the lens offers fast and precise autofocus performance, while the weather-resistant construction ensures additional protection in varying environmental conditions. The lens is constructed with 16 elements in 13 groups, resulting in high optical performance. The internal focusing and internal zoom design ensure that the lens length does not change during zooming, making it easier to handle.

  • Weather-resistant construction for use in various conditions
  • Fast and precise autofocus thanks to the ultrasonic motor
  • High aperture of f/2.8 for better performance in low light
  • Internal focusing and internal zoom for a compact design
  • Fixed front lens to avoid filter changes during zooming.
