Yoku's Island Express is an open-world/pinball adventure that seamlessly combines platform navigation with pinball mechanics across a vast open world.

Yoku the dung beetle sets foot on the shores of Mokumana Island, ready to take on the duties of the new mail carrier. However, the old island god is trapped in a restless sleep, and the islanders are plagued by tremors and storms brought on by his nightmares. Yoku's Island Express is a unique and quirky adventure featuring handcrafted visuals, where you'll float through the air, suck up explosive snails, battle a Screetch, feed hungry lemurs, uncover the mystery of the fruit altar, awaken an ancient god, and hopefully help rebuild the island's post office.

Yoku's Island Express is inspired by the joy of a small child who has just discovered the entrance to a secret garden or opened the door to an attic full of wonderful and interesting things. The game draws on the films of Studio Ghibli, where nature is imbued with spirit and life, combined with a strong focus on picturesque, handcrafted visuals, where every location is unique and meticulously crafted. It is a world of vibrant, organic shapes with bold colors basking in bright sunlight—but where there is light, there are shadows, and the journey takes us deep into the hidden secrets of Mokumana Island.
