The Faszienrolle 145 Mini is the ideal entry-level fascia roller. It is characterized by a low hardness level, making fascia training and self-massage comfortable for beginners. The softX fascia roller has a diameter of 14.5 cm, making it smaller than the standard fascia rollers from other manufacturers.

The fascia roller can be used for large muscle groups. From foot to head, you can work on your fascia tissue with the Faszienrolle 145. Whether it's the calf muscles, front thighs, back thighs, or back muscles, targeted self-massage with the fascia roller releases fascial tension and adhesions, making your fascia tissue supple. Even self-massage of the abductors becomes a pleasant experience with the softer entry-level fascia roller.

In addition to fascial self-massage and fascia training, the Faszienrolle 145 can also be used for sensorimotor training and stabilization training.
