To facilitate this, Snom offers its customers a special version of the M900 base station, including a robust housing. Certified to IP55 - resistant to dust and splashes or rainwater. The M900 Outdoor has an IP55 classification (International Protection Code). This international standard means that the M900 Outdoor is resistant to dust and, above all, splashes or rainwater. Thus, the M900 base station is safely and reliably protected in all weather conditions. At the same time, the M900 Outdoor also provides enough space to accommodate additional devices, such as a heater (not included). The base station itself, which is installed in the housing, is made from particularly durable material. Additionally, the electronic components of the base station have been treated with a special coating to make them resistant to extreme temperatures, moisture, and foreign objects.
